I need my order in a short term. Can I receive it in time?
Our delivery time is two working days, but if you would like your jewelery earlier, please send us an email. We try to take this into account as much as possible. For packages which we have to send abroad we have to depend on the parcel delivery company.
Can colors deviate
We have tried to keep the colors of the gems and minerals as natural as possible. They may differ slightly from the computer screen.
I would like to have an order delivered to another address. Is that possible?
During the ordering process it is possible to fill in a delivery address that deviates from the billing address. The order will then be sent to the delivery address.
Revocation and returns
You have a reflection period of 14 days after you received your order. You can return the (undamaged) article to us, if possible in its original packaging. We will refund the purchase price, excluding the shipping costs, as soon as we received the undamaged article.
I have seen an offer on your website, how does that work?
If you have seen an action on a website, you will usually see the explanation of the action and you will be redirected to our web shop.
I would like to place a large order, do you have everything in stock and how is that easy to arrange?
For large orders you can contact us at [email protected]. We immediately check whether the desired jewelery is in stock, we can also discuss the delivery conditions. This is not necessary for normal orders. In principle, we have our entire collection in stock.

I have a complaint. What should I do?

After receiving your complaint you will receive a confirmation from us. We will answer your complaint within 14 days of receipt, if it needs more time, we will inform you accordingly.
My order is not complete or is not correct, what should I do?
You can send an e-mail to [email protected] stating your order number and inform us what is not complete. Incorrectly delivered products can be returned free of charge.
